CEO and Founder
William is best known for his key role in the creation of Alexa following the acquisition of his first start-up by Amazon in 2012. William is a British Entrepreneur focused on Artificial Intelligence and Deep Tech.

VP of Product
Recognised as Forbes 30 under 30 in 2021. Previous experience includes Google and a cryptocurrency start-up.

Tom Mason
CTO
Tom was previously CTO at Stability AI. Creator of DreamStudio.ai. He was awarded Top 75 Innovators of 2023 by World AI Summit.

VP of Engineering
Ex - Improbable
Spearheaded the development of our AI platform which was instrumental in securing $20 million in funding. Led the expansion of our team, growing it from 10 to 65 employees.

Over 15 years of experience within Talent, built and scaled tech teams for a number of organisations, including McLaren (F1) & Paddle (Payments Scale Up).

Lead Semantic Ontologist
Joined True Knowledge / Evi to build an AI question-answering system, followed post-acquisition by 5 years on the Alexa team at Amazon including writing the first version of the chat/personality content.

How We Hire
Our recruitment process typically involves four stages. If your application is successful, you'll receive a detailed preparation email outlining each stage.
Stage 1 - Recruiter Screening
Speak to one of our experienced recruiters who will be interested in discussing your previous experience.
Stage 2 - Take Home Challenge
A short take-home task that we ask candidates to do before their interview.
Stage 3 - Technical Full Loop
Meet with a mix of the team in order to understand if both parties are a match for each other.
